1 Year Warranty

At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

This model features a 24V power system driven by two 12V lead-acid batteries. The integrated AC charger allows the stacker to be plugged directly into a standard wall outlet. Charging typically takes 10–12 hours. Battery maintenance includes routine inspection of fluid levels and ensuring terminals remain clean. The charge port is mounted on the side of the truck body for easy access.
