Shipping policy

At Xilinamerica.com, we provide reliable shipping services across the contiguous United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on product type, weight, and destination. Please note, deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska are not available.

US Shipping Information

Lead Time: Upon receipt of payment, products are typically dispatched within 48 hours (excluding holidays). Transit time to your location will depend on the shipment origin and the distance to the delivery address. Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur.

Shipping Damage: All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. However, damages during transportation may occur. Please inspect the packages upon delivery. If there is visible damage, refuse the delivery and immediately contact our sales team to re-schedule.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, both outbound and return shipping costs will apply if recalled. Please note that the absence of a tracking number does not necessarily mean the order has not shipped. Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Cancellations must be made via email or phone during normal business hours. Only written confirmation from our team will constitute approval of cancellation.
