Each model features a durable 24V/300Ah battery system powering an advanced AC drive motor for smooth, energy-efficient performance. The DC lift motor provides consistent and powerful vertical lift, allowing operators to safely handle fully loaded standard pallets. A regenerative braking system combined with an electromagnetic parking brake ensures safe stops and secure holding, even on inclined surfaces.
The ergonomic tiller handle allows operators to easily control forward and reverse travel, with smooth acceleration and deceleration. The handle also features an integrated emergency reverse switch and a turtle-speed mode for fine positioning when handling fragile loads or working in tight spaces. The drive system supports soft start and controlled stop functionality, providing maximum operator confidence and load stability.
Operators stand on a cushioned, anti-slip platform with foldable side guards, improving comfort and safety during long shifts. The reinforced chassis and drive system deliver excellent gradeability up to 8% when fully loaded, and a maximum travel speed of 7.5 km/h unladen. Fork size is 48" × 27", fully compatible with standard U.S. pallets.
Routine maintenance is simple and well structured:
