Refund policy

RETURN：

Xilinamerica.com accepts returns that are dated within 30 days of the product’s receipt, but all returned items must be in brand-new condition. (Customized orders are not acceptable for return or exchange)

Any return or cancellation requests must contact by email in advance and with our approval, customers can be proceeding with return. All returned items must be freight pre-paid by customer, all shipping charges are non-refundable. Besides, any authorized return may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of items after deducting correlative charges.

Used items will not be eligible for returns!
Items signed for more than 30 days are not allowed for returns!
