Each used pallet stacker and electric pallet jack undergoes static and dynamic testing before shipment. Inspection points include:

• Battery performance — voltage and capacity tested under load
• Drive motor response — forward/reverse function tested at full load
• Hydraulic lift — lifting and lowering tested under load, with no visible leaks
• Fork alignment and mast integrity — checked for stable lifting
• Parking brake — checked for secure engagement
• Safety horn and emergency reverse button — tested for proper function

Cosmetic scratches, paint wear, or minor dents may be present—these do not affect operational performance. We only ship units that pass full functional testing.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Standards

All used equipment ships from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 5–7 business days via LTL freight.

• Machines ship fully assembled and fully tested
• Each unit is shipped on pallet with protective wrapping
• Liftgate delivery is available for locations without a dock — please select at checkout if needed
• Tracking and delivery updates are provided via email after dispatch

🛡️ 3-Month Limited Warranty

Our used equipment includes a 3-month limited warranty covering:

• Main drive motor, lift motor, hydraulic pump, and drive/lift control board
• Battery performance — guaranteed to charge and hold sufficient power for typical daily use during the warranty period
• Wear parts (switches, seals, wheels), cosmetic wear, and body scuffs are not covered

Warranty covers parts only — labor is not included.

We support our customers for the entire life of the machine:

• Free remote technical consultation via email or phone — for setup, troubleshooting, or maintenance
• Spare parts support — used replacement parts may be provided free if in stock; otherwise, new parts are offered at discounted pricing
• Warranty service — if an issue occurs during the warranty period, we will provide free parts and remote technical support; customer pays shipping for replaced parts
