At XilinAmerica.com, shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. Most items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 48 hours of order confirmation.

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. For deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.⏳ Lead Time & DeliveryOrders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

⚠️ Shipping Damage
All items are carefully inspected and packed before shipment. Upon delivery, please inspect your order before signing. If damage is visible, **refuse the shipment** and contact us immediately for support.


❌ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping fees (both ways) will apply. A tracking delay does not always mean the product hasn’t shipped.

RETURN

Xilinamerica.com accepts returns that are dated within 30 days of the product’s receipt, but all returned items must be in brand-new condition. (Customized orders are not acceptable for return or exchange)

Any return or cancellation requests must contact by email in advance and with our approval, customers can be proceeding with return. All return items (including free shipping items, the shipping cost includes our shipping cost to send the item originally. Refunds will deduct the double-way freight cost). Besides, any authorized return may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of items after deducting correlative charges.

Used items will not be eligible for returns!
Items signed for more than 30 days are not allowed for returns!
 

WARRANTY

All trucks sold on XilinAmerica.com come with a one-year limited warranty, excluding consumable parts and damage caused by human misuse.

For spare parts orders, the warranty period is 3 months, and for batteries, 6 months.
The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Terms:

Within 30 days of receipt:

If the product has any quality-related issues, we provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical support.

If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.

From 31 days to 1 year after receipt:

If there are any quality-related issues, we will still provide free replacement parts and technical support.

If the truck needs to be returned for repair, the customer is responsible for 50% of the shipping cost.

Beyond 1 year of receipt:

We continue to provide free technical support.

However, replacement parts will be charged, and if the customer requests return for repair, maintenance and full shipping costs will be quoted based on actual conditions.
