The SDJA500 is a manual hydraulic stacker with a rated load of 1,100 lbs and a maximum lift height of 63". Designed with a fixed-leg frame and compact body, it’s ideal for use with open-bottom pallets or skids. The reinforced mast structure and two-stage hydraulic system offer reliable lifting performance for daily warehouse or stockroom operations.

🛠️ Dual-Mode Hydraulic Lifting System
The SDJA500 allows lifting by either hand lever or foot pedal. The integrated hydraulic system includes a return valve for smooth lowering and an overload relief valve for added safety. The forks rise through a chain-piston assembly and stop automatically at max height to prevent over-pressurization.

📦 Fully Assembled with Safe Transport Packaging
According to the official packing list, this model is delivered fully assembled. The shipment includes:

🧯 Safety Instructions for Daily Use
  • Use only indoors on flat, solid floors

  • Use rear-wheel brake when lifting or parking on a slope
  • Never stand on the forks or underneath raised loads
Lowering should be done slowly by using the hand-operated return valve to prevent sudden drops.
