Electric Pallet Jack 3300lbs Capacity 48"Lx27"W Fork CBD15WE-19

I have a problem the palet jack no move. The power light flashing code 3.2 but im still waiting for the cusTomer suppor to help me for fix it but i dont recieve any help

The jack is great, only thing that we had a problem with was the chain that controls the lowering had a loop in and we did not realize that until we had installed the handle so we had to remove it and figure out how to get the loop out.
It would be nice if the chain was somehow fastened down so this doesn't happen to someone else.

We are a small business and the driveway leading to our warehouse is pretty long and on an incline so we were concerned about it getting up the hill. We get about 20+ pallets in every year. This product was exactly what we needed and works great!

Purchased the machine online. From the beginning I was answered with really good customer service to coordinate the shipment. This Jack works great, and I would recommend it to anyone. It's quiet and holds a long change and easy to assemble and no problem lifting the weight. This is a great buy.

Be careful in ordering on line the handle shown is a generic picture and doesnt work on all CBD15 lifts. After emailing Xilin I found I needed a custom handle and needed to return previous one ordered that would not work. After receiving correct handle we had the lift up and running in no time.
