Warranty Periods:
- 1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
- 3 Months on spare parts
- 6 Months on batteries
Warranty Details:
- Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
- Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
- After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

This unit runs on a 24V / 80Ah lead-acid battery paired with an external 24V charger. The battery must be fully charged before use (approx. 10–12 hours). A green indicator on the charger shows full charge; red indicates charging in progress. Users should check voltage regularly and recharge before dropping below safe levels.
