At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

Excellent so far

My pallet jack came in a hurry, like 5 days after I ordered it. I had it shipped to my work that has a loading/receiving dock. You will have to attach the handle to the pallet jack. Also it's shipped on a wooden pallet all boxed up which is good,but 500lbs on top of a pallet is going to be challenging for some. For most people involved in shipping and receiving it will be well received. Lots of power in this little pallet jack. Charger is external, like most fork lift trucks

Its steel-reinforced body and dual-support wheel layout ensure stable performance on flat floors, making it ideal for narrow aisles, retail stores, and delivery trucks.

🔋 Lead-Acid Battery with External Charging

This model is powered by a 24V / 80Ah lead-acid battery and includes an external 24V charger. The battery must be fully charged before use (approx. 10–12 hours). Daily use requires monitoring charge levels, and recharging should occur when voltage drops below safe limits. A green LED on the charger indicates full charge; red means charging in progress. Regular top-up charging and water maintenance every 3 months are recommended.

Maintenance is straightforward. Users should:

Check drive and front wheels weekly for damage or debris
Securely tighten all bolts and connectors
Refill hydraulic oil every 6 months (L-HV32 recommended)
Clean battery terminals and ensure proper water level in each cell
