1 Year Warranty

At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

🔧 Double Scissor Manual Lift Table – 770 lb Capacity, 59" Lift Height

The SPS800 is a heavy-duty foot-operated hydraulic lift table designed for vertical handling tasks that require extended lifting height. With a 770 lb weight capacity and 59" maximum lift, it supports demanding operations such as packing, assembly, and servicing at height. Its dual-scissor structure ensures excellent stability across the full lifting range.

🔋 Foot Pedal Lifting & Multi-Valve Hydraulic System

Raise the platform by stepping the foot pedal (≤70 cycles to full height). To lower, gently pull the control handle. The hydraulic system is equipped with:

✅ Check valve for maintaining pressure
✅ One-way valve for preventing backflow
✅ Throttle valve for controlled descent
✅ Relief valve to prevent overpressure during lifting

When lifting over 110 lbs, the internal mechanism automatically limits descent speed for operator safety.

🛠 Maintenance Guidelines & Oil System

🔧 Daily: Lubricate pivot joints, inspect wheels and brake wear
🔧 Annually: Replace hydraulic oil (YBN32 / YCN32 depending on climate)
🔧 Every 2 years: Replace 17 key rubber and PU seals in the pump module

Oil change method: drain via plug #11 and refill through plug #39. Oil capacity: 400 ml. Always use the scissor lock bar during maintenance.
