1 Year Warranty

At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

The SPS350 is a heavy-duty, foot-operated hydraulic lift table with a double-scissor design. It supports up to 770 lbs and lifts to a maximum height of 51", making it ideal for elevated handling tasks in warehouses, production lines, and maintenance workshops. The stable dual-scissor structure ensures smooth lifting at higher elevations.

🔋 Foot Pedal Lifting & Smooth Hydraulic Lowering

Step the foot pedal up to 60 times to reach full height. To lower, gently pull the release lever. A built-in throttle valve guarantees smooth, controlled descent, while the relief valve prevents accidental overloading. The hydraulic system includes a check valve, one-way valve, and overload bypass for safe performance under all conditions.

🛠 Maintenance Guidelines & Oil System

✅ Daily: Lubricate all axle points and scissor joints
✅ Weekly: Inspect for brake wear, oil leaks, or frame distortion
✅ Annually: Change hydraulic oil (YBN32 or YCN32 based on ambient temperature)
✅ Every 2 years: Replace 17 rubber and PU seals in the pump module

Oil draining is done via plug #11; refilling is via plug #39. Always use the built-in support bar to secure the scissor arms during maintenance.
