Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

🔋 24V / 210Ah Battery System with External Charger

This model is powered by two 12V lead-acid batteries (24V system) and comes with an external 24V / 30A charger. Charging takes approximately 8–10 hours. Side-pull battery compartment design simplifies daily battery inspection, watering, and replacement. Battery fluid levels should be checked every 2–3 months and topped off with distilled water as needed.
