At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

• 1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
• 3 Months on spare parts
• 6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

1. Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
2. Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
3. After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

⏳ Lead Time & Delivery
Once payment is received, orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding holidays. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping origin and destination. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur, and all estimated transit times are approximate.

📦 Shipping Damage
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping. Upon delivery, please check that all packages are in good condition before signing for receipt. If there is visible damage, do not accept the delivery and refuse the shipment. Contact our sales team immediately to arrange for a replacement.

❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, both the outgoing and return shipping costs will be charged. Please note that a missing tracking update does not necessarily mean the item hasn’t shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via phone or email during business hours. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing.
