Releasing pressure is handled via a manual hand lever or grip under the push handle, giving the user full control during platform descent. The hydraulic system is sealed and maintenance-free, designed for up to 10,000 cycles per unit.

🛞 Locking Casters & Operator Stability

All lift carts use industrial-grade PU casters with dual rear brakes. Swivel front casters include reinforced brackets for directional stability. The standing platform features anti-slip texture and anti-tip corner reinforcement to ensure safe raising, rolling, and lowering—even on slightly uneven floors.

Each table includes grease points at all pivot joints and scissor arms. Weekly checks should include:

• Platform height response vs. pedal input
• Oil level in the hydraulic reservoir (ISO VG32 recommended)
• Inspection of casters for debris, damage, or flat spots
• Check return spring tension under pedal plate
