At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

The SP800 is a manual foot-operated scissor lift table with a 1,760 lb load capacity and a maximum lift height of 39.4 inches. With a heavy-duty steel frame and compact 39.4" × 20" platform, it’s ideal for packing stations, small-scale production lines, and workshop lifting applications.

🦶 Foot Pedal Lift with Smooth Hydraulic Descent

The platform is raised by stepping on the foot pedal (up to 70 cycles to full height) and lowered using a pull handle. The hydraulic system includes:

Throttle valve for smooth lowering
One-way valve to prevent backflow
Relief valve to prevent overpressure during lifting

The descent speed is automatically limited if the platform is loaded above 110 lbs.

Daily: Lubricate pivot points, check oil leaks, inspect brake and wheels

Every 2 years: Replace all rubber and polyurethane seals
