Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

Regenerative braking activates automatically when the accelerator is released or when directional input changes. This braking method uses motor resistance to gradually slow the forklift and feeds power back to the battery during each deceleration. The regenerative effect reduces reliance on mechanical braking, helping extend the life of both brake components and the drive system under high-frequency use.

📋 Controller Logic and Operator Interlocks

A centralized logic controller coordinates all drive, steering, and hydraulic functions. When the seat switch is disengaged or the emergency stop is triggered, the controller disables all outputs. Lift, tilt, and travel inputs are managed independently, preventing simultaneous conflicting actions. The LCD instrument panel is forward-angled for improved in-seat visibility and remains backlit during low-light operation. Fault codes are instantly recorded and displayed, with diagnostic memory stored for service technicians.

🔋 Lithium Battery Design, Charging, and Locking

The truck uses a 48V / 400Ah lithium battery mounted in a side-pull tray. The tray includes mechanical latch points and reinforced rollers to prevent movement during operation. The BMS (Battery Management System) monitors charge cycles, voltage balance, and thermal behavior across all cells. If temperature exceeds safe limits or voltage drops below 20.4V, lifting and high-speed travel are disabled. Charging is performed via an onboard 24V/30A smart charger that accepts standard 110V input. Once charging begins, drive functions are automatically locked out until the cable is removed.

🛞 Steering System with Auto-Center and Safety Assist

The EPS (Electric Power Steering) system is fully electronic and requires no fluid or hydraulic pump. When the operator releases the wheel, the system gently returns to center. The electromagnetic parking brake engages automatically when the key switch is turned off, the seat is empty, or the emergency stop is pressed. On inclined surfaces, the drive controller holds the truck in position by applying braking torque through the motor. This prevents rollback and eliminates the need for manual wheel chocking during brief stops on ramps. The system also includes a brake wear detection logic that generates alerts based on cycle count, not just time.

🛠️ Maintenance Panels and Daily Inspection Points

The rear hood opens vertically, giving access to the controller, wiring harnesses, fuses, hydraulic reservoir, and brake components. Daily inspection points include:
