At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

The CBD20WE-19 electric pallet jack is built for efficient daily pallet handling with a rated load of 4,400 lbs. It features 48" × 27" forks, a 65" overall length, and a turning radius of just 56". The PU drive wheel and reinforced front rollers help the unit perform smoothly on flat warehouse floors, retail areas, and inside delivery trucks.

🔋 Lead-Acid Battery System

Equipped with a 24V / 105Ah lead-acid battery and external 24V charger, this model offers strong output for heavy-duty tasks. It requires a full charge cycle of approximately 10–12 hours. Operators should recharge when the indicator light shows low battery (red), and never allow complete discharge. Green light indicates full charge. Water level inspection is recommended every 3 months to maintain battery performance.

For best performance, users should:

Check wheel condition weekly for wear or blockage
Ensure bolts, cables, and fuses are secure
Replace hydraulic oil every 12 months (use L-HV32 oil)
Keep battery terminals clean and topped with distilled water

Gear oil (GL-5 85W/90) in the drive unit should also be replaced annually. All service points are accessible via removable covers.
