Precautions

1. During Transportation:Secure the pallet truck in place when transported by truck to prevent movement.
2. When Not in Use:Set the brake handle to the locked position to keep the pallet truck stationary.
3. On Vehicles:Move the pallet truck slowly to ensure safety.
4. On Slopes:

• Operate cautiously and ensure the operator is positioned uphill.
• Avoid stacking goods too high to prevent tipping or falling loads.

Pre-Use Inspection

If the pallet truck has not been used for a long time, air may enter the hydraulic system. Follow these steps to purge air:

1. Set the handle to the lowering position.
2. Pump the handle fully 4–6 times.
3. Release the control handle.
4. Repeat if necessary until normal operation resumes.

Loading and Rated Capacity

1. Ideal Loading:Position the load's center of gravity at the center of the forks.
2. Uneven Loads:Reduce the rated capacity when the load is off-center to maintain stability.
