CTDREN and CTDR15-III series electric stackers are built for high-efficiency vertical lifting in confined spaces. With capacities up to 3,300 lbs and lifting heights from 98" to 220", these walkie stackers are designed for warehouse storage, truck loading, and shelf-to-shelf transfer. Their compact design with straddle legs ensures stable handling while offering full access to standard U.S. pallets.

Each model in this series features a fully electric drive and lift system powered by a 24V sealed battery. Low-noise operation and zero emissions make them ideal for indoor environments. Standard safety systems include electromagnetic brakes, regenerative deceleration, lift cut-off at maximum height, and emergency reverse switches. The tiller handle integrates key controls such as horn, speed mode, turtle walk, and upright operation for flexibility in narrow aisles or between racking systems.

These stackers support reliable daily performance with simplified maintenance. Key service points include:

• Hydraulic oil replacement every 12 months (use L-HV32)
• Monthly inspection of steering bushings, brake pads, and mast rollers
• Quarterly check of battery status and wiring terminals
• Modular access to pump, controller, and electrical connections without disassembly

Models like the CTDREN-98 and CTDREN-118 are ideal for standard rack heights, while CTDR15-III-220 offers extended reach for tall storage or mezzanine-level transfers. All models ship fully assembled and pre-wired. No on-site installation is required — just charge and use.

Every stacker in this collection comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the chassis, control system, drive motor, and lift unit. Batteries are covered for 6 months, and switches or fuses for 3 months under normal use conditions.

• First 30 days: Free parts, remote troubleshooting, and round-trip shipping coverage
• Day 31 to 1 year: Free technical support and parts; customer pays 50% return freight if needed
• After warranty: Lifetime remote tech support. Repairs are billed by labor time (typically 1–2 hours), with necessary parts and freight quoted as needed
• Used replacement parts are available at no charge if stocked in our U.S. warehouse
