At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

  • 1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
  • 3 Months on spare parts
  • 6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

  1. Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
  2. Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
  3. After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

The  CTD15R-EN-98 ultra-light straddle stacker is a compact, high-efficiency tool ideal for low-level stacking and short-distance transportation. Its advanced features make it suitable for confined spaces such as narrow aisles and low-clearance environments. Designed with a focus on safety, ease of use, and maintenance, it ensures smooth operation for various material handling needs.

Operating Instructions

  1. Startup:

    • Pull out the main power switch and turn it on. Use the magnetic card to unlock the system.

  2. Loading Goods onto the Rack:

    • Move the stacker close to the rack, ensuring the fork tips are 12 inches away.
    • Lower the forks using the descent button to align them with the pallet.
    • Insert the forks fully and press the lift button to raise the goods 8–12 inches above the ground.
    • Drive carefully to the desired rack position, stopping when the forks are 12 inches from the rack.
    • Lift the forks to position the pallet 4 inches above the rack.
    • Gently place the goods on the rack using the descent button.
    • Withdraw the forks slowly and move the stacker away.

  3. Unloading Goods from the Rack:

    • Move the stacker to the rack, keeping the forks 12 inches from the rack.
    • Lower the forks to the appropriate height and insert them fully into the pallet.
    • Lift the pallet 4 inches above the rack.
    • Slowly withdraw the pallet and move to the desired location.
    • Lower the forks to 8–12 inches above the ground and carefully unload.
Safety Warnings

  1. Load and Ground Safety:

    • Ensure the ground can support the combined weight of the stacker and load.
    • Avoid operating in areas with sharp objects or hazards.

  2. General Operation:

    • Do not exceed the stacker’s rated capacity or transport unbalanced loads.
    • Ensure proper clearance around the stacker while in operation.
    • Do not accelerate or turn abruptly to prevent instability.

  3. Caution for Operators:

    • Operators must avoid wearing loose clothing or jewelry.
    • Always inspect surroundings before starting the vehicle.
    • Use reverse driving or a guide when carrying large loads that block visibility.

  4. Special Precautions:

    • Slow down when turning, especially as the front-drive mechanism causes larger swings.
    • Place the vehicle in an unobstructed area for repair, with warning signs displayed.
Handling Abnormal Situations

  1. Uncontrolled Fork Lifting:

    • If the forks continue to rise after releasing the lift button, immediately press the main power switch to cut off the power. Move the vehicle to a safe location and manually lower the forks. Inspect and repair the electrical system before further use.

  2. Brake Failure:

    • If the brakes malfunction during use, stop operating the stacker immediately and have it inspected and repaired.

  3. Emergency Reverse:

    • If the stacker pushes the operator against a wall or object, press the emergency reverse switch located at the top of the handle. The vehicle will automatically reverse to prevent injury.
Maintenance Notes

  1. Faulty Equipment:

    • Immediately stop and park in a safe area if faults are detected. Lower the forks to their minimum height and disconnect the power.

  2. Long-Term Storage:

    • Disconnect the battery to prevent discharge during long periods of inactivity.
