At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

The machine features a 24V / 100Ah lead-acid battery system, powering a 0.5 kW drive motor and 2.2 kW lift motor. Travel speed is automatically limited to 50% when platform height exceeds 19.7", and reduced to 25% above 39.4", ensuring safe movement while elevated.

Charging is handled via a 110V-compatible built-in charger. Simply connect to a standard wall outlet—no external setup required. Side panel access allows easy monitoring of battery condition, fluid levels, and charge status. Charging must be done in a well-ventilated space.
