1 Year Warranty

At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
3 Months on spare parts
6 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

Palet jack no move

I have a problem the palet jack no move. The power light flashing code 3.2 but im still waiting for the cusTomer suppor to help me for fix it but i dont recieve any help

This seems to be a problem with brakes. Please release the brake, but keep the wires connected, then try again to see if you can move the truck.

Service is an issue

Bought a CBD15 in March, solenoid went bad, can't find a way to recieve any service for a replacement part. Very frustrating.
