These 3,300 lbs capacity stackers are powered by a 12V/105Ah battery and use a built-in 12V charger for convenience. The reinforced steel mast supports lifting heights up to 118", while the explosion-proof hydraulic valve and adjustable lowering knob ensure safe and precise operation. CTD15BE models feature straddle legs to accommodate different pallet widths; CDD15BE uses a fixed-leg design for consistent floor-level loading.

Routine maintenance is simple and doesn't require special tools. Operators should:

• Refill hydraulic oil annually (recommended oil: L-HV32)
• Check battery terminals and fluid every 2–3 months
• Inspect the mast chains and load wheels monthly
• Clean the tiller and check fuse condition regularly

Safety features include a manual lowering knob, mechanical parking brake, overload valve, and emergency stop.
