1 Year Warranty

At Xilinamerica.com, we proudly back all of our trucks with a one-year limited warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts and damages caused by misuse. Our warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the item.

Warranty Periods:

1 Year on all trucks (excluding easy-wearing parts and damages caused by human factors)
6 Months on spare parts
12 Months on batteries

Warranty Details:

Within 30 days of receipt: If there are any quality issues, we will provide free spare parts for replacement and remote technical support. If our after-sales team determines that the truck needs to be returned for repair, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
Between 30 days and 1 year of receipt: If any quality issues arise, we offer free spare parts and remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is required, the customer is responsible for half of the shipping costs.
After 1 year of receipt: For any quality issues, we will provide free technical support. However, replacement parts will be charged, and if a return for repair is necessary, the customer will be responsible for both the maintenance fees and shipping costs, which will be quoted based on the situation.

When you receive your equipment, everything is packed for easy setup, with attention to detail. Here’s what you can expect to find:

Your Machine: Secured with green packing straps.
Branding & Labels: Stickers with brand logo, installation video QR code, and a "Delivery Attention" sticker.
Accessories:
Documentation: Photos of your machine, model, serial number barcode, and brand logo for reference.
Packaging: The machine is wrapped with stretch film and accompanied by the BOL (Bill of Lading) for easy identification.

Important Notes:

In cases where pallets are not used, the machine is securely packed with alternative methods.
Some machines may not include a charger or power cable, depending on the model.
