Regenerative braking is standard across the range—automatically slowing the vehicle and sending power back to the battery during deceleration.

Both lead-acid and lithium battery configurations are supported. Most units include side-pull battery trays or tool-free lift-out trays for fast replacement. Standard safety features include seat sensors, emergency stop buttons, brake lock when not in use, and horn + lighting systems. Order pickers and 3-wheel forklifts include LCD dashboards showing speed, battery level, fault codes, and travel time. Clear visibility is maintained with low-profile counterweights, elevated control arms, and LED mast lighting.

🛠️ Maintenance and Daily Checks

The entire series is designed with simplified service access. Daily tasks include brake pedal clearance check, battery plug integrity, and tire condition. Hydraulic oil (VG46) replacement is typically every 1,200 hours, and mast lubrication is recommended every 100–150 hours. No software or laptop diagnostics are needed—fault codes are visible on-screen.

Setup instructions, battery charging guidelines, and service contacts are included in every shipment. Transit time averages 5–7 business days via LTL with optional liftgate service.
