Lead time: With receipt of payment, products normally will be delivered out within 48hours except the holidays and the timeless of transportation to your door depends on the origination of the shipment and distance to the destination. Delays are always possible and all processing and delivery figures are estimates.
Shipping Damage: All products will be inspected and packed carefully for delivery, but in case of any damage probability during transportation, please kindly check all the packages are in good condition before you sign for receipt, if there is obvious damage to the unit, you should refuse to sign for the goods and reject it, meanwhile please contact the sales team to re-schedule.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled until they ship. Both ways of shipping would be charged to recall a package that has shipped. Any cancellations must be made by mail or phone during normal business hours to ensure it gets pulled before shipping. Xilinamerica.com accepts returns that are dated within 30 days of the product’s receipt, but all returned items must be in brand-new condition. (Customized orders are not acceptable for return or exchange)
Any return or cancellation requests must contact by email in advance and with our approval, customers can be proceeding with return. All return items (including free shipping items, the shipping cost includes our shipping cost to send the item originally. Refunds will deduct the double-way freight cost). Besides, any authorized return may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be made upon receipt of items after deducting correlative charges.
Used items will not be eligible for returns!Items signed for more than 30 days are not allowed for returns!
WARRANTY:
All trucks sold at Xilinamerica.com offers one-year limited warranty except easy-wearing parts and human damages.For Spare parts order, warranty period is 3months, battery is 6months.
The warranty periods begin on the date of item’s receipt.
1.Within 30 days of the receipt, if the trucks exist any quality problems, we offer free spare parts for replacement and professional remote technical guidance. In case our after-sale department determined the truck is necessary to return for repair, all round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us.
2.Between 30 days-1 years of the receipt, if the trucks exist any quality problems, we offer free spare parts for replacement and professional remote technical guidance. In case the truck is determined to return for repair, the customer needs to bear half of the freight.
3.After 1 year of the receipt, if the trucks exist any quality problem, free technical guidance will be provided, however for the replacement parts need to be charged, and if customer wants to return the truck for repair, correspondent maintenance charges as well as all the freight will be charged which will be quoted in depends.
