Operating Instructions

Startup:
- Pull out the main power switch and turn it on. Use the magnetic card to unlock the system.

Loading Goods onto the Rack:
- Move the stacker close to the rack, ensuring the fork tips are 12 inches away.
- Lower the forks using the descent button to align them with the pallet.
- Insert the forks fully and press the lift button to raise the goods 8–12 inches above the ground.
- Drive carefully to the desired rack position, stopping when the forks are 12 inches from the rack.
- Lift the forks to position the pallet 4 inches above the rack.
- Gently place the goods on the rack using the descent button.
- Withdraw the forks slowly and move the stacker away.

Unloading Goods from the Rack:
- Move the stacker to the rack, keeping the forks 12 inches from the rack.
- Lower the forks to the appropriate height and insert them fully into the pallet.
- Lift the pallet 4 inches above the rack.
- Slowly withdraw the pallet and move to the desired location.
- Lower the forks to 8–12 inches above the ground and carefully unload.
