The SDJAS1016 manual hydraulic stacker consists of a hydraulic system and a mast. It uses a manual hydraulic jack for lifting and relies on human effort for pushing or pulling heavy loads. The hydraulic system includes a release valve controlled by a handle, ensuring precise and safe operation.

The mast is made of high-quality steel with excellent rigidity and strength. The rear wheels feature brakes and swivel freely for smooth maneuverability, while both front and rear wheels are mounted on ball bearings for flexible movement. Durable nylon wheels resist wear and protect the floor.

To lift, position the forks under a pallet, lock the rear wheels if necessary, and pump the handle. The hydraulic system drives the piston upward, raising the forks via chains to double the pump stroke. When the forks reach the maximum height, pressure oil is redirected, preventing overloading.

For unloading, activate the release handle to open the valve. Under the weight of the load, the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank, lowering the forks to their original position for easy unloading and fork removal.
