The SDJA1000 manual hydraulic stacker consists of three main components: the hydraulic system, mast, and forks. It uses a manual hydraulic jack for lifting heavy loads and relies on manual effort for pushing or pulling. A release valve in the hydraulic system, controlled by a handle, ensures safe and accurate operation.

Usage Instructions

1. Lifting:
   Insert the forks under the pallet, engage the rear wheel brake if needed, and pump the handle. The hydraulic system drives the piston upward, raising the forks via chains to double the pump stroke. The forks stop rising automatically at the maximum height to prevent overloading.

2. Transporting:
   Push or pull the stacker manually to move heavy loads.

3. Unloading:
   Use the release handle to open the valve. The load weight causes the forks to lower smoothly as the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank.

• Environment: Indoor use on flat, solid surfaces, away from rain and corrosive gases

Maintenance Guidelines

1. Use clean, sufficient hydraulic oil.
