We only just rec'd it, but so far, so good. We love it!

Palet jack no move

I have a problem the palet jack no move. The power light flashing code 3.2 but im still waiting for the cusTomer suppor to help me for fix it but i dont recieve any help

This seems to be a problem with brakes. Please release the brake, but keep the wires connected, then try again to see if you can move the truck.
We have replied to you before, pls kindly check back for your message, as well as we will contact you further via email. Our engineers will assist you in resolving the issue.

Service is an issue

Bought a CBD15 in March, solenoid went bad, can't find a way to recieve any service for a replacement part. Very frustrating.
We really like the lift when it worked.
