  • High-torque 24V/ 0.65 KW drive and 2.2 KW lift motor offer 4-5 hours of operation at full charge.
  • Ergonomic handle features a throttle with an infinite adjustment of forward/reverse speeds, lift/lower controls, auto-reverse safety belly button switch and horn.
  • Counterbalanced Stacker has an electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature that activates when the user releases the handle.

once unpacked and the handle installed and charged fully
once we raise the lift it keeps lowering without engaging the handle!

The jack is great, only thing that we had a problem with was the chain that controls the lowering had a loop in and we did not realize that until we had installed the handle so we had to remove it and figure out how to get the loop out.
It would be nice if the chain was somehow fastened down so this doesn't happen to someone else.

Exactly what we needed

Purchased the machine online. From the beginning I was answered with really good customer service to coordinate the shipment. Despite some delays and my challenges in operating the machine at the beginning, the team at Xillin went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and that the machine works as it should be. Handle Received

Be careful in ordering on line the handle shown is a generic picture and doesnt work on all CBD15 lifts. After emailing Xilin I found I needed a custom handle and needed to return previous one ordered that would not work. After receiving correct handle we had the lift up and running in no time.
