The BF3500 is a heavy-duty hand pallet truck designed for ultra-high load capacity and long-term durability. With a rated capacity of 7,700 lbs and reinforced steel frame, it is ideal for industrial users, warehouses, and distribution centers requiring reliable low-lift material transport.

🛠️ Manual Pump Control with 3-Position Lever
The handle features a 3-position control knob:
  • Lift: Pump handle to raise the forks
  • Neutral: Freely maneuver the jack without lifting or lowering
  • Lower: Release the knob to gently lower the forks
A screw-type valve can be adjusted to fine-tune lifting and lowering behavior. The system includes an overload bypass valve to protect the pump from excessive force.

🧯 Operating Safety Guidelines
  • Do not overload beyond 7,700 lbs
  • Only use on flat, hard indoor surfaces
  • Always lower forks when not in use
  • Do not move while raised or turn rapidly under load
  • Do not let operators stand or ride on the forks
  • Never operate on slopes, or in elevators without verifying weight capacity
When cargo exceeds 5,500 lbs, two-person operation is recommended for safety and efficiency.

🛠️ Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Lubricate wheels, axles, and pivot points every 3 months
  • Hydraulic oil: 250 ml (ISO VG32 recommended)
  • To remove air from the system: turn the lever to “lower” and pump handle 4–6 times
  • Adjust release valve screw if forks drop too quickly or not at all
  • Replace worn seals, leaking hoses, or damaged wheels promptly
